Messiah 2030?

Jesus *might* return in the near future! Here’s why:

*Disclaimer: the following theory is dubious, because it was calculated using our solar calendar, whereas the Bible uses the Jewish lunar calendar year of 360 days. Keep that in mind!*

The Story of humanity walking with God is laid out in its entirety in Genesis Chapter 1. The creation story is told in a sequence of seven “days”. But how could there be a “day” before the sun was created?

What if God called them “days” because He meant for them to symbolize something. A prophecy, perhaps.

Prophecies in the Bible are coded in symbolism to hide their true meaning from the average person. This is so that only *true believers* will know what they mean. So all we have to do is find where in the Bible those symbols are defined, and we can crack those prophecies open and understand when Jesus returns!

Here are the Keys I used for the following prophecy:

“A thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by.”

Psalm 90:4

“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.”

2 Peter 3:8

These verses in the Bible tells us that sometimes, when the Bible says one day, it means 1,000 years! Therefore, human history can be laid out in parallel to the creation story, as follows:

On Day 1 of creation, God separated darkness (evil) from light (good).

This is the day that mankind sinned and was expelled from the Garden of Eden. Therefore, on this “day” in human history, darkness (evil/sin) was separated from light (heaven, or Eden) the very moment Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden under a curse.

On Day 2 of creation, God separated water from sky.

On Day 2 of our walk with God, God used water to purify the human race and start over, because the world had become too evil to redeem.

On Day 3 of creation, God created dry land, and plants to spread out over it.

On Day 3 of our walk with God, Abraham received the promise from God to give his descendants the “promised land”. And on Day 3, God sent Moses to bring His people into that “promised land”. Day 3 is when people possess the promised land of Israel, up until the death of King David.

Day 4 in creation is the day God created the stars, the sun, and the moon.

Day 4 of our walk with God includes the people of Israel losing their promised land and being sent into exile. The stars in the sky represent God’s people, spread out in exile over the earth. The sun represents Jesus, the Light of the world, who arrived on Day 4 of our walk with God.

On Day 5 of creation, God created the birds in the air and the fish in the sea.

On Day 5 of humanity, God called his people to spread the gospel all over the earth. And indeed, it did spread rapidly. Day 5 is also the day the devil fell to earth (536 ad) and the day the antichrist arrived (538 ad).

Day 6 of creation is the day God created animals and humans.

Day 6 is the day we are currently in. This is the day that God’s people will be refined by the fires of Judgment Day. Therefore, this is the day the 144,000 “elect” are created (mirroring the creation of mankind on Day 6.) This is also the day when humankind fills up the earth in a population explosion, mirroring God’s call on Day 6 to “be fruitful and multiply”.

This brings us to the present day.

It is my belief that we are currently going through Judgment Day. The four horsemen of the Apocalypse (Revelation 6) have come and gone.

(This is based on a guess, so take my guess with a grain of salt!)

  • 1st Horseman: America rises from the Spanish-American war as a conqueror, or a global power. The first horse represents a conqueror.
  • 2nd Horseman: World War I. The second horse represents war.
  • 3rd Horseman: Great Depression. The third horse represents famine.
  • 4th Horseman: World War II and the Holocaust. The fourth horse is death.

Go read Revelation chapter 6 and see how well it lines up with what was prophesied. It tells of 7 seals being opened by Jesus, followed by 7 trumpets being sounded. The first four seals are the four horsemen of the apocalypse. The fifth seal is the souls of those slain in the Holocaust/WWII crying out for justice. The 6th seal, which describes people hiding in caves, brings to mind the early days of the Cold War, when the US government told people to build bomb shelters.

Then there is a period of “no wind” where the 144,000 are sealed. I believe this happened during the Cold War, a period of history when the angels held back the four destructive “winds” from the four corners of the earth.

Where are we currently in the sequence of seals and trumpets in Revelation?

We are already at the 6th trumpet. The 6th trumpet describes 200 million “mounted riders”, and says “the power of the horses was in their mouth”. This is describing *cars*.

“A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke, and sulfur that came out of their mouths”

-Revelation 9:18

This is describing global warming caused by cars. This is where humanity is right now – the 6th trumpet. What is the 7th trumpet you ask? It is the rapture and the coming of Jesus, followed by the judging of the living and the dead.

That means we are in the very last days before Jesus returns.

Day 7 of creation was a day of rest. Day 7 of our walk with God will be a day of rest for us too. Revelation 20 describes a period after Jesus’ second coming where Jesus will reign as King of all creation while the devil is bound up for 1,000 years. That is Day 7 of humanity, and that is what is coming soon.

Not convinced? How about this verse from the prophet Hosea:

“Come, let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds. After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.”

‭‭Hosea‬ ‭6‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭NIV‬‬

After two days… or two thousand years… he will “revive” us. That sounds like the Rapture to me. Two thousand years after the death of Jesus would be somewhere around the year 2030-2034. On the third day we go to live with him in his millenial kingdom.

What does this mean?

This means that sometime within the next 10 or so years, Jesus will return. He will judge the living and the dead. Then he will reign over all of creation “with an iron scepter”.

Revelation 20 says:

“And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.

“I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

“(The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.“

Did you catch that? If you want to be taken up to live with Jesus, you have to refuse to worship the Antichrist, and you have to refuse to get the mark of the beast on your hand or forehead.

Or, you know, just read your Bible a lot and do a lot of praying. Or both! 😉
