Your Ticket to Heaven

The following is Psalm 15 in its entirety.

Jesus is the ticket to heaven, if you choose to redeem it.

But once you are saved, you must walk with him.

The following Psalm, Psalm 15, shows us what that looks like:

“Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent?

Who may live on your holy mountain? The one:

whose walk is blameless,

who does what is righteous,

who speaks the truth from their heart;

whose tongue utters no slander,

who does no wrong to a neighbor,

and casts no slur on others;

who despises a vile person but honors those who fear the Lord;

who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind;

who lends money to the poor without interest;

who does not accept a bribe against the innocent.

Whoever does these things will never be shaken.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭15‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The only way to get into heaven is to claim Jesus Christ as your savior, and repent of all the ways you have failed to live up to his perfect example. Have you repented lately?

Here is a prayer that can help you repent:

Lord Jesus, for too long I’ve kept you out of my life. I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking. By faith I gratefully receive your gift of salvation. I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming to earth. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Thank you for bearing my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life. I believe your words are true. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Savior. Amen.

God bless you!
